Lifeguard on duty during the summer (4 beach access tags provided with rental). Parking available for 3 cars on streetside of unit. Parking area, walkways and ground level patio surfaced with pavers. Additional parking available on 65th street. Access to unit via oceanside deck and front entry door to kitchen. Underneath hot/cold shower with dressing room. Washer/dryer in laundry room below. Bath has vanity, and large walk-in shower (Completely remodeled fall 2007). Kitchen has electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 6 seat dining table, and is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, and more. Unit has central air conditioning. Satellite tv (Direct TV) in Living room and master bedroom. Vacuum cleaner. Stainless 6 burner gas grill outside. Pillows, sheets, blankets provided in bedrooms.

The area is famous for it's resturants, many specializing in delicious seafood and other cousines. The area is also famous for it's fishing. Fish right off the beach in front of the unit, or in the ocean or bay. Striper, weakfish, kingfish, bluefish, summer fluke, are just some of the many fish available. Excellent blue claw crabbing is to be found at many street ends on the bay. Learn to sail, scuba, wave ride at one of the local shops and rent or bring your own equipment. The Township tennis and bayfront facilities are within walking distance, or park in their bayside parking area(beach access tags required to use this facility). Included are a guarded swimming area(shallow water for children), bay boardwalk and shaded pavilion, launching area for sailboards, tennis courts, baseball diamond, and an elevated sightseeing walk on the ocean dune. Just South on Long Beach Island is Beach Haven, with many restaurants, shops and Fantasy Island amusement area with rides, water park, water slide, minature golf, arcade, and much more. Located to the South of Long Beach Island, across the Beach Haven inlet is Atlantic City. Busses and water cruises are available for half or full day trips to the gambling casinos and much more.
